How to Apply

Thank you for choosing to study at Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College. You can apply by using our online application form or complete a printed form and return it to the College Information Centre.

You can find the printed application form in the back of our course guides, as a download from this website or you can request one by telephoning: 0800 980 2185, emailing: cic@wlc.ac.uk

When completing the online application form, please ensure…

• you complete the application form neatly and clearly and ensure you answer ALL the questions.
  
• you provide a current email address and contact telephone number – this will be used to contact you in the event of a problem.
  
• you have a valid UK postcode
  
• you click ‘apply’ when you are on the information page of the course you wish to study

Important Information

• Higher Education
  For full-time Higher Education courses (Foundation Degrees, Higher National Diplomas and Higher National Certificates) you will need to apply through UCAS (our reference is E10), or complete an online application form on this website. We will give you advice and support you through the UCAS process once you have been offered a place. For more information, visit www.ucas.com or contact us
  For part-time courses and for all courses starting in February, please complete a college application form, either online through the website or requested an application form from our College Information Centre. For more information, contact us
  Employers: If you are an employer and are interested in enrolling someone from your workforce onto one of our Higher Education courses, please note that your employee will still need to go through the application and enrolment process. Support and advice is available.
• International Students
  

  You can apply to study a course in two different ways.
  Method 1 - Contact one of our appointed representatives in your home country. View the official list. The recommended agents are trained to look after your needs during the application process.

  Method 2 - Complete an Application Form and return it to the International Office by post, fax or email. Please include copies of your examination certificates as proof of your qualifications and evidence of work experience if relevant.

  Once your application is received, the International Office will consider your application and decide whether to offer you a study place. This might be 'conditional', which means you will need to achieve a certain exam result to gain a place on the course. This letter will include our bank details and a request for a deposit or full fees. NB: This letter will not help you get a student visa.

  Once the payment is received we reserved you a place on the course and send you a Visa Letter. This letter is proof of your study place you should use it to apply for a visa at your local British Embassy or High Commission.
